Pool Technician Southern Pool Services LLC Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pool maintenance and possess the technical expertise to ensure that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained. As a Pool Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of swimming pools. Responsibilities Conduct regular pool cleaning and maintenance services to ensure optimal water quality and cleanliness. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Perform routine inspections of pool equipment and systems, identifying any issues that may require repair or replacement. Execute equipment repair tasks as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems efficiently. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool, including chemical balances and equipment status. Communicate with clients regarding their pool needs and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks related to pool maintenance. Requirements Proven experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in pool servicing. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform equipment repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients. CPO Certification preferred.
