Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Calibration Technician with a focus on RF calibration. This position requires demonstrated knowledge in RF, K3, K4, or AC/DC metrology, and the calibration of RF test equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of clients’ measurement instruments, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Calibrate RF test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Power Sensors, and other related equipment). Calibrate primary, secondary, and working standards. Generate calibration reports and certificates, ensuring compliance with
ISO/IEC 17025.
Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment. Collaborate with engineering teams on calibration procedures and improvements. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols. Assist with audits by providing technical guidance and expertise All calibration is performed in accordance with NIST traceable standards and A2LA accredited to
ISO/IEC 17025.
Requirements and Skills:
Must have proven calibration work experience DOD, PMEL, or Military calibration background preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to error-free work. Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills for team interaction and client collaboration. U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
