This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity to join a high-performing team designing, building, and supporting custom automation solutions used across global operations. What You’ll Do Assemble, wire, and troubleshoot custom automated equipment Interpret and follow detailed mechanical/electrical schematics Build electrical panels, wire AC/DC systems, and configure HMI/PLC interfaces Integrate SCARA and 6-axis robotics into automation projects Perform basic machining and component alignment Collaborate with engineers and support on-site equipment installs (travel required) Meet aggressive build and delivery timelines for automation systems Qualifications Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly or automation Ability to read and work from electrical and mechanical drawings Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMI setup, robotic integration Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Familiarity with CAD tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Ability to stay organized, follow directions, and meet deadlines Self-motivated and reliable with a team-player mindset Willingness to travel in- and out-of-state up to 25% Why Join?
