Seeking in-depth knowledge of PLC programming and machinecontroller troubleshooting, must be able to dig deep and identifythe root cause of issues; ability to write diagnostic programs inthe field is helpful to succeed.

Shall:

• Visit customer plants to service machine controls ranging fromstandalone modular testing equipment to fully integrated productionlines incorporating advanced conveyors, robots with end effectors,laser metrology and vision systems, gyroscopes, etc.
• Troubleshoot control programs and modify code; write and rundiagnostic programs to identify the root cause of problems and comeup with solutions to fix it.
• Test equipment and systems for performance and verify thatcontrollers communicate with all aspects of machinery andperipheral attachments.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and modify controller logic for closed-loopsystems.

Requirements:

• Extensive PLC and machine controller diagnostic experience.
• Ability to travel internationally; valid passport, or abilityto get one is necessary.
