The Role:
You will test, rework and debug printed circuit boards, build experimental setups for design testing of high-speed electromechanical assemblies for new product development. You will be a vital contributor to the development of new laser engraving and inkjet printing products and work in a new group of talented engineers within a well-established multinational company.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Debug and design validation of board and system level electronic designs + Design validation testing (major focus on electronics) + Conduct testing of mechanical, electrical, and optical components, subsystems and systems + Document experimental conditions and test results + Build prototypes and test fixtures; interface with external vendors for complex parts + Inspect incoming parts + Manage lab and lab equipment, including calibration + Effectively interact with other members of the technical team to create a safe, fun, and productive work environment + Design and verify cables
Job Requirements:

Minimum:
an associate’s degree and 10+ years of professional experience. + Experience reworking PCBs, solder to add or remove components + Experience with at least one data acquisition system + Use of lab equipment (Oscilloscope, DVM, Function generator, soldering station, etc.) + Ability to read and understand electrical schematics + Debug under the guidance of an Engineer + Attention to details + Eagerness to learn new skills and new tools + Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills + MSOffice tools + Altium designer (considered a plus) + Simple mechanical machining skills (considered a plus) + Some 3D mechanical CAD experience (considered a plus) + Programming of motor drives (considered a plus) + Jr. level layout and design of PCBs (considered a plus) The right candidate will be aligned to our values and culture: + Collaborative entrepreneurial spirit + Winning through customers + High ethical standards, openness and trust + Expectations for results + Respect and value people If you believe you match our values and have the experience we’re looking for, apply!
