Responsibilities:

Provide high qualityservices to customers through installation, repair, and maintenanceof quadrupole, ion-trap, and high performance liquid chromatographyinstrumentation at customer sites throughout the service district.

Conduct training for customers and verify operational performanceand data quality of systems. Engage customers regarding overallservice and support needs, as well as company service and productofferings. Maintain tool and parts inventories.

Desired Experience:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Chemistry,Engineering, Electronic Technician or related fields. 3 years offield service, technical customer support, or laboratory experiencewith analytical instrumentation.
