Property Maintenance Koren Riley Staffing Cohoes, NY 12047 Must be able to start immediately! HVAC Certified tech will receive highest pay rate !
Schedule:
Monday•Friday 8:00am•5:00pm 1 hour lunch
Pay:
$22•24 an hour
Location :
This will be for an Apartment community in Cohoes, NY Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to logic controllers and other mechanical systems. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively. Supervise maintenance staff during projects to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules without disrupting operations.
