Job Description
We’re looking for a Building Automation Systems Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll help design and support smart building systems—from planning to final delivery. You’ll work closely with project managers, electricians, and other trades to make buildings more efficient and intelligent.
Must-Haves Controls & HVAC Knowledge :
At least 3years of experience working with building automation systems, including HVAC equipment, control devices, and interpreting technical schematics.
Strong Communication & Teamwork :
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and clearly communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams. ???? Start up and commission DDC (Direct Digital Control) systems Troubleshoot and resolve system issues Deliver small projects independently (under 80 hours) Work with HVAC systems like VAVs, fan coils, and small air handlers Set up alarms, trends, reports, and operator workstations Train customers on how to use their systems Maintain accurate drawings and daily job logs Follow safety standards and maintain your tools and devices ????
