Are you confident not just with tools, but also with talking to customers, recommending accessories, and helping people protect their tech? At uBreakiFix by Asurion in Downtown Brooklyn, we don’t just work inside the store—we also operate a mobile repair van that brings certified techs directly to customers’ homes and offices. If you’re a skilled technician with a valid driver’s license, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do

• Repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and consoles (Apple, Samsung, Google, Microsoft & more)
• Work either in-store or in our mobile repair van, depending on the day’s schedule
• Accurately diagnose issues and complete repairs using approved procedures
• Drive the van safely to local repair appointments (when assigned)
• Help customers understand their repair options and recommend helpful upgrades
• Sell accessories, protection plans (Home+), and additional services
• Keep your workspace or van organized, clean, and stocked
• Collaborate with your team to meet repair and service goals What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in electronics/device repair (required)
• Strong repair skills for phones; computer and console repair is a plus
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Great communicator who’s comfortable with customer interactions
• Willing to sell accessories, service plans, and upgrades
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts What You’ll Get
• Hourly pay: $16.50
• 20/hour, based on repair skill, multitasking, sales ability, and experience
