Smart Home Security, Fire, Automation / Video Technician General Security Inc. 100 Fairchild Avenue, Plainview, NY 11803 General Security Inc. has an immediate position available for an experienced technician to join our team. Our company is consistently nationally ranked in the top 30 in a widely recognized Industry publication, Security Distributing & Marketing Magazine (SDM). The publication ranks the top 100 Security Dealers in the Country on an annual basis. We have a need for a skilled security technician with experience installing either Smart Home Security Systems, video (CCTV), access control, or commercial fire. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill level. Candidate’s duties will include installing and servicing Smart Home Security, Automation, Access, Video, and Fire Systems. The Technician will be working both independently and as part of a team. The candidate could work on residential and commercial accounts and will also be part of our on-call rotation. Experience with Alarm.com is a plus but not necessary.
