Customer Engineering Services, LLC (CES) is a provider of Technical Services, specializing in product installation, preventative maintenance, on-site repairs, and helpdesk support for clients with inventory throughout the U.S. About the Role The Quality Support Specialist will assist Walmart Associates and Walmart Management with directives from the Walmart Home Office and Fujifilm management ensuring their customer’s photo commitments are met with superior quality. Promote quality awareness with Walmart Management and Associates by providing operational/maintenance training of equipment and all aspects of Photo operations. Review sales trends year over year, compare them to national averages, identify areas for improvement. Build relationships within the assigned region, Engage Market Managers on a consistent basis (with structured and approved methods) with updates, good reports, and offer assistance. Work cross functionally as required to improve program efficiencies and effectiveness which include but are not limited to store visits for the purpose of training and certification. Identify and address areas of improvement to ensure business goals and directives are met in an effective and timely manner Interface with other teams by supporting directives from management into actionable plans and project timelines to ensure business goals and directives are met in an effective and timely manner Troubleshoot and diagnose photo equipment hardware and software issues and make recommendations to correct or service. Ability to intervene in conflicts to improve communication, diffuse tension, and resolve problems As a leader, promote cross-team communication and foster a team atmosphere within all levels of CES Meet all administrative deadlines for a wide variety of tasks Follow proper safety procedures at all times Perform other related duties as required and assigned High School Diploma or GED plus 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in field service Experience with retail photo processing services is a plus. Proficient with using Google Business Services (Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets) Basic Computer skills and applications Proficient with Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel) and Google. (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms) Leadership and teamwork abilities Possess knowledge transfer skills with extensive experience in working with less experienced technicians Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing Time Management/Organizational skills Experience interacting with and managing demanding client needs Self-motivated Ability to take direction and follow instructions Ability to repair escalated service issues Excellent interpersonal skills
