The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Machine Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair equipment using hand tools and specialized instruments. Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to identify electrical issues. Read and interpret schematics to understand machine functions and wiring. Provide field service support for equipment installations and repairs at customer locations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve machine reliability. Stay updated on new technologies and techniques in equipment repair. Skills Proficient in computer networking to support machine connectivity. Strong background in equipment repair with hands-on experience using hand tools. Familiarity with low voltage systems and their maintenance requirements. Experience as a service technician with a focus on troubleshooting mechanical issues. Ability to work with computer hardware related to machine operations.
