We are currently looking to add a Calibration Technician to ourgrowing team, working a Sunday Wednesday 2:00pm 12:30am shift. OurCalibration Technicians support our manufacturing by performingmechanical, electrical, calibration, electronic, or utility relatedtasks. Please note training will take place Monday-Friday8:00am-4:30pm for approximately 6 months. Working hours thereafterwill be Sunday-Wednesday 2:00pm-12:30am. Employees working premiumshifts receive incentive pay, such as shift differential and/orweekend pay. As a Calibration Technician, a typical day mightinclude the following: Calibrating various types of instrumentationincluding temperature, pressure, level, flow and analyticalinstruments Performing loop check, tune, troubleshoot, and start-upof instrumentation Working with medium and low voltages Performingbasic plumbing and tube bending jobs Assisting the FacilitiesManagement-Maintenance (FM-M) process and Clean Utility techniciansin troubleshooting facilities and process related issues Performingdaily Work Orders (WO) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) andefficiently coordinate the workflow and documentation of PMs andWOs Communicating and coordinating with each department and withinFacilities Management when planned and unplanned work events occurFollowing current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) Occasionallyworking on other facility related work tasks/issues that areoutside the calibration departments normal work duties May includeplanning and scheduling outside contractors/vendors to performscheduled and/or non-scheduled PM or general work Ensuring safe andefficient hands-on maintenance of all plant manufacturing equipmentand related support equipment with strict adherence to SOPs, cGMPs,and quality standards Participation in compliance investigations ifand when necessary Full gowning required when entering and workingon production floor Participating in rotation on-call schedule Thisrole might be for you if you: Demonstrate basic problem-solvingskills Are able to learn and follow routine proceduresindependently as well as part of a team Are comfortable and havethe flexibility to work in a changing environment Can lift, push,and pull at least 50lbs Seek to build and maintain positive workingrelationships with the business Possess strong written and verbalcommunication skills Maintain effective time management skills toallow deadlines to be met in a timely manner Have knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite and overall comfort and general familiaritywith computer systems To be considered for the CalibrationTechnician position you must be willing and able to work a Sunday -Wednesday 2:00pm 12:30am schedule. Applicants ideally should havean AAS degree, preferably in an Engineering or ConstructionTechnologies related area and the following minimum amounts ofexperience for each level:

Calibration Technician II:

2 years ofrelated experience or HSD/GED with 5 years of related experience

Calibration Technician III:

5 years of related experience orHSD/GED with 8 years of related experience

Calibration TechnicianIV:

8 years of related experience or HSD/GED with 8 years ofrelated experience Level will be determined based on qualificationsrelevant to the role. Prior experience in the maintenance andoperation of large-scale utilities plant preferred and ISA CCSTCertification is strongly preferred but not required. REGENTOSKDoes this sound like you?
