Resideo is currently seeking a Sr Engineering Technician.

JOB DUTIES

Perform soldering, PCB rework, and hardware assembly. Program devices according to provided operation guides and instructions. Conduct basic testing and data collection using multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers, OTA chambers, and other lab instruments. Prepare materials and manage parts inventory for prototyping. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for prototype manufacturing and assembly support

YOU MUST HAVE

3+ years’ experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field Professional experience with soldering and strong PCB rework skills Hands-on experience with basic electronic test equipment (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply)

WE VALUE

Experience operating advanced lab equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzer, OTA chamber, power analyzer, data logger) Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately Good attention to detail and organizational skills Hands-on experience with firmware flashing tools and processes Experience coordinating prototype builds with external vendors Practical experience in hardware bring-up and basic troubleshooting
