Calibration Technician Megger 400 Opportunity Way, Phoenixville, PA 19460 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of various instruments and equipment used in our operations. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and calibration processes. The Calibration Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities Perform calibration of precision measuring instruments, including voltmeters, ohmmeters, and vision inspection systems. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on low voltage and high voltage equipment. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in the calibration process. Utilize AutoCAD for creating and modifying technical documentation as needed. Collaborate with field service teams to ensure proper installation and calibration of equipment at client sites. Document calibration results and maintain accurate records in compliance with industry standards. Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and safely, adhering to company policies and safety regulations. Experience Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems is highly desirable. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Experience with vision inspection systems is a plus. Knowledge of AutoCAD for technical documentation is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
