Shift:

Overnight – 6pm-6am, 2-2-3 Schedule Training M- F 6am-2pm

Pay:

$30-35/hr

Responsibilities:

Perform electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment. Execute preventive maintenance programs and complete work orders in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and repair equipment including but not limited to: Palletizers, packers, fillers, cappers, conveyors, de-palletizers, labelers, and warmers. Read and interpret production schedules, blueprints, and equipment schematics. Coordinate and prepare for line changeovers or product switches with team. Operate forklifts and company vehicles when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation including work request forms, PMs, work orders, and part requisitions. Communicate inventory needs to maintenance admin staff.

Install and repair electrical systems:

motors, transformers, frequency drives, control panels, etc. Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality Standards , and escalate any issues promptly.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (required) Two years of vocational, trade, or military training OR Associate’s Degree (preferred) Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Valid Driver’s License Ability to lift 75 lbs Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, electronics, instrumentation, and testing procedures Able to perform all duties of Class B and C mechanics #
