Job Description:
Electronics Troubleshooter will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with returned products, including boards, fixtures, and components, based on customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
Ability to interpret schematics to identify potential issues
Utilize computer systems to enter part requests, track data, and manage programs relevant to the RMA process.
Understanding the function of the fixtures Solving problems and attention to detail
Communicate findings to chain of command Maintain accurate documentation for each case, ensuring clear records of all troubleshooting activities and resolutions.
Follow established protocols for RMA processing, ensuring timely and accurate handling of returned products.
Using tools and equipment for testing electronics, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other diagnostic instruments
Education:
High School Experience:
6 months Previous RF wireless technology experience
Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and innovative solution capabilities
Understanding of LEAN manufacturing tools and processes to drive continuous improvement
Related Experience:
