SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
•We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronics Test Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing and inspection processes. This position requires a solid understanding of electronic assembly’s mechanical systems, quality assurance practices, and the ability to utilize precision measuring instruments effectively. Responsibilities Conduct tests on various components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Perform duties as assigned by supervisor. Comprehend, implement and/or modify written test procedures. Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records for quality assurance purposes. Troubleshoot non-conforming product to the component level. Adhere to IPC 610 standards during all assembly and inspection tasks. Provide feedback on product design improvements based on testing outcomes. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in quality control and assurance processes. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, including ohmmeters. Familiarity with IPC 610 standards is highly desirable. Minimum of an associate’s degree in electronics technology or comparable work experience of at least four (4) years. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
