Primary DutiesLearn & follow detailed work instructionsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties that may be outside of assigned priorities listed belowCheck tag and test unit for failureFind and review schematic and board printsTroubleshoot boardRepair board by using test equipment and replacing parts with soldering equipmentRetest to ensure board passesKeep log of units repaired in CMS systemParticipate in various improvement activitiesQualificationsAbility to communicate courteously and effectively with coworkersAbility to work independently and as a team memberSchematic reading and layout drawing readingDemonstrate proper use of DVM, oscilloscope, tracker and other diagnostic toolsAbility to identify different types of electronic componentsCommitment to meeting production demands and quality requirementsUnderstand Customer requirements as they relate to their job functionAbility to identify and address and/or communicate any potential non-conformancesAbility to get to work on time with minimal absencesEducation / ExperienceAssociates Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or similar discipline and/or equivalent military experienceSoldering experience
