Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and safety-minded Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Graniteville, SC. In this critical role, you’ll support the maintenance and reliability of industrial production systems, pipeline distribution, and advanced automation technology. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all plant and OSHA safety protocols. Partner with Engineering on new equipment installations, testing, and commissioning. Accurately log maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Perform hands-on maintenance on industrial machinery, processing systems, conveyors, and pipelines. Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems and related networks (EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet). Service AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers. Calibrate and troubleshoot flow, level, pressure, and temperature instrumentation. Rebuild and repair bearings, gearboxes, and conveying systems. Maintain and troubleshoot automation systems and distributed control systems. Support hydraulic and pneumatic system functionality and repair rotating equipment. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic readouts. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Test equipment functionality and verify system performance. Operate tools and machinery such as hoists, welders, grinders, and power tools. Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors or maintenance leadership.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance . Proficient in PLC troubleshooting , networking, and automation systems. Hands-on experience with AC motors, drives, calibration , and instrumentation . Skilled with hydraulic/pneumatic systems and rotating machinery. Strong ability to read schematics , blueprints, and technical documents. Competence with various tools, testing devices, and CMMS software . Why Join Us?
