Role:
This full-time position offers a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The EMD site is conveniently located: 30 minutes from Barnwell, SC 45 minutes from Aiken, SC 60 minutes from Augusta, GA Local candidates are preferred, though per diem may be available for non-local personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
As an E&I Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and electrical systems. Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment such as flow meters, automated valves, motors , and control loops. Work with blueprints, P&IDs, wiring schematics, and ladder logic . Ensure proper operation and maintenance of systems, including HVAC units, electrical panels, and process control systems . Support engineering/construction projects and assist with system testing, calibration, and commissioning.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls systems maintenance, preferably in industrial manufacturing or a chemicals facility. Proven expertise with Coriolis flow meters, pH probes, temperature probes , and other instrumentation. Strong knowledge of PLC programming, pneumatic controls, and motor systems . Proficiency in electrical installations, calibration, and troubleshooting (e.g., 24V
DC, 120V AC, 480V AC
