- Technical & Automation Skills
- Proficient in Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of ladder logic and control systems
- Experience with Honeywell and Yokogawa automation systems
- Skilled in burner controller setup and diagnostics
- Familiar with hot oil systems and heated system maintenance
- Knowledge of limited adjustment switches and their calibrationMaintenance & Mechanical Skills
- Hands-on experience with overhead crane servicing
- Competent in using wire connectors and electrical wiring best practices
- Ability to perform preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance
- Skilled in interpreting and executing work ordersProficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Comfortable with general computer applications for maintenance tracking
- Experience using SAP for maintenance management and inventoryTroubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues in automated systems
