Are you a skilled Automation Technician with hands-on experience in PLC programming, robotics, and advanced troubleshooting? What You’ll Do:

Perform preventive, reactive, and planned maintenance on automation systems and robotic equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) and robotic systems (e.g., ABB, Fanuc, KUKA).
Analyze control systems, sensors, and network communications to support process improvements and root cause analysis.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on automation upgrades, system integration, and urgent technical issues.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records in

SAP-PM/OPRA.

Provide technical training to operators and maintenance peers as needed.
Occasionally travel to Germany for OEM training and global collaboration.

What You Need:

Associate’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive.
Proven expertise in PLC troubleshooting, programming, and HMI systems.
Familiarity with robotic system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and interpreting technical documentation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
