Job Description:
We are seeking Product & Equipment Specialists that have excellent in-person communication skills, hands-on equipment repair experience and a passion to educate our customers on the operation and use of products and equipment we offer. This is an excellent opportunity for an active listener / communicator that is driven to succeed and is not afraid to learn something every day. The day to day will typically consist of traveling to different auto shops to perform diagnostic equipment repairs, maintenance or training. The Ideal candidate will have experience with machinery / equipment repair, preferably in the Electrical or Automotive industry. Possess excellent communication skills, ambitious and energetic, willing to learn and cultivate our training process. Primary Responsibilities:
On-site equipment diagnostic and repair On-site routine equipment maintenance Customer training on functionality of equipment
Additional Responsibilities:
Product delivery Product training and demo’s Assist in warehouse equipment repairs
