HTI is working with a Tier 1 automotive supplier and one of the largest employee-owned companies in North America. With the new facility in Spartanburg, SC now operational, we’re building a best-in-class maintenance team to support our high-tech, robotics-driven production lines. This is your chance to be part of something from the start—and grow with it. The Automation Technicians will be on 1st/2nd/3rd Shifts (training on 1st shift). Pay range is from $27.00 – $40.00 Per Hour + $1.00 Per Hour Shift Differential (pay based on experience). In addition, a sign-on bonus is paid out over the course of 6 months.

What You’ll Do:

Read, interpret, and update electrical prints, wiring and ladder diagrams, schematics and other technical literature.
Troubleshoot electrical, robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Modify, write, and troubleshoot robot programs.
Diagnose and repair faulty controls systems with a multi-meter, oscilloscope, or other electrical testing equipment.

What You Need To Have:

HS Diploma or GED is required.
Understanding of electrical, robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot robot programs. Ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment. Proven mechanical and equipment repair skills.
Technical Skills – Can read and interpret electrical prints, wiring and ladder diagrams, schematics, and other technical literature. Ability to use multi-meter, oscilloscope, or other electrical testing equipment.
