Electrical Maintenance Technician Cavalier Workforce Inc Kingstree, SC 29556 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems and be proficient in maintaining and calibrating various equipment. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations, particularly in relation to distributed control systems and low voltage applications. Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. Fabricate components as needed to support system upgrades or repairs. Calibrate equipment, including vision inspection systems, to ensure accuracy and functionality. Work with distributed control systems (DCS) to monitor and adjust processes effectively. Collaborate with engineering teams on projects involving electrical and instrumentation (E & I) tasks. Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in the maintenance of related machinery and equipment. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and calibrations performed on equipment. Experience Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role, with a focus on low voltage systems preferred. Familiarity with distributed control systems and their application in industrial settings. Strong mechanical knowledge that complements electrical expertise. Experience with calibration processes for various types of equipment, including vision inspection systems. Ability to fabricate parts or components as necessary for system improvements or repairs.
