Overview:
Link Systems provides engineered electronics to the metal forming industry. We have been in business for over 50 years and we are known for our customer service and support. We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team. As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electronic equipment. Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on electronic equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electronic systems
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to repair and replace faulty components
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to ensure accurate repairs
- Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide field service support as needed
Requirements:
- Two year degree in electronics or electrical engineering technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and electrical circuits
- Familiarity with computer hardware and networking
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
