Engineering Technician Job Description We are seeking electrical engineering technicians to join our team to support in-house projects for the engineering team. Responsibilities + Work directly with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering teams. + Conduct root cause failure analysis on field failures. + Assemble conveyors, robots, and other complex automation components. + Identify and implement process improvements. Essential Skills + Electrical skills + Schematic understanding + Mechanical skills + Process improvement + Root cause analysis + Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering preferred + 3-5 years of commissioning and assembly of automation equipment + Understanding of electrical and mechanical components + Experience with oscilloscope + Assembly skills Work Environment Brand new manufacturing plant in Mt. Juliet. Shift hours are from 8am to 4:30pm. This is a massive company that continues to grow, offering a lot of room for growth and visibility across different channels.
