Process Technician Position Available In Giles, Tennessee

Process Technician M&M Staffing, LLC Pulaski, TN 38478 M & M Staffing, LLC is looking to fill a Full- Time Process Technician position for Afternoon Shift. The hours are 3pm-11:30pm Monday- Friday with overtime as requested. Candidate must have experience working with industrial injection moldings. Candidate must have experience using Microsoft Office and Windows. All responsibilities have not been included, Supervisors, may from time to time ask of Process Technician to perform other related duties not specifically included in this description. This description will be reviewed annually by the Department Manager and revised if needed to meet the business needs of the client.

Responsibilities:

• Must set up and operate a variety of molding machines by ensuring that equipment is operating safely and is producing proper quality parts and meets standard cycle time for approval of production.
• Checks and makes molding repairs, equipment or machine adjustments throughout shifts as necessary. -Maintain up-to-date records by recording any changes made during set-up or process adjustments.
• Work with Process Engineer to sample new tooling.
• Must troubleshoot and diagnose process issues.
• Must be able to climb and crawl to make adjustments.
• Must set-up and process for initial product submissions. (First-offs)
• Ensure there are no quality or production interruptions or errors due to lack of giving or seeking information.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures as well as safety rules 100% of the time.
• Take action to promptly correct or remove all workplace hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Provide information, instruction and supervision to Employees, to protect health and safety of the Employee.
• Carry and enforce the clients workplace safety guidelines and health and safety statement.
• Ensure first aid treatment is given to an injured employee immediately and further assistance, including medical is sought immediately.
• Ensure safety concerns that arise from safety incidents, accidents or safety meetings are corrected immediately.
• Cooperate, participate and lead corrective actions in conjunction with health and safety committee, continuous improvement team and other departments within facility.
• Contribute to a work environment free from harassment, where fairness, equality and non-discriminatory practices are standard

Job Types:

$24.72 – $34.76 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
