We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Technician to lead our pool construction efforts across warranty related maintenance and repair needs. The Warranty Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the long-term satisfaction of our clients by addressing maintenance and repair needs for pools and associated equipment. This position is responsible for promptly diagnosing and resolving issues that arise during the construction and warranty periods, maintaining the functionality and aesthetic appeal of our clients’ pools. DUTIES Complete service projects in a timely manner; ensuring quality repair and proactive approach to problem solving Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients needing repair, contributing to overall business objectives through obtainment of 5 star google reviews Perform warranty repairs and maintenance on pools, including equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and surface treatments, as required by client warranty agreements. Identify issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions to restore pools to their optimal condition. Communicate effectively with clients to schedule warranty service appointments, understand their concerns, and explain the repairs or maintenance performed. Utilize your knowledge of pool construction, systems, and equipment to diagnose and repair issues accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with other team members to leverage collective expertise in resolving complex technical challenges. Document all work performed, including repairs made, parts replaced, and any additional recommendations for maintenance or improvements. Provide detailed reports and updates to the warranty department and project managers to track the progress of warranty service. Ensure that all warranty repairs and maintenance are performed to the highest quality standards, meeting both company guidelines and client expectations. Maintain an organized inventory of necessary tools, equipment, and replacement parts needed for warranty service appointments. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all warranty service activities, promoting a safe work environment for yourself and others. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and equipment related to pool construction and maintenance. Actively pursue growth personally, professionally, and financially.
