The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RV Repair. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot RV issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Perform repairs on various RV systems, including water system, propane system, and electrical components. Repair or replace damaged body parts as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Experience Proven experience in RV repair or a related field is required. Familiarity with schematics and the ability to interpret technical documents. Experience with RV repair techniques is a plus.
