• Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes System Inspections & Testing
• Conduct inspections and electrical tests to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
• Diagnose electrical problems, identify system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions Customer Interaction
• Communicate with homeowners to explain electrical issues, recommend solutions, and provide service updates Code Compliance
• Ensure all electrical installations meet national, state, and local electrical codes Service Calls & Estimates
• Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate cost estimates for proposed electrical work Documentation
• Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, installations, repairs, and materials used Safety Compliance
• Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE usage, and best practices to ensure safe and efficient service Customer Service
• Deliver outstanding service with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset ️ Qualifications Experience
• 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role Licensing
• Electrical certification or licensure preferred; technical/trade school background is a plus Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, panel installations, wiring, outlets, lighting, and code requirements Service Software
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus Communication Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical work clearly to customers Attention to Detail
• Ability to perform accurate installations and diagnostics while maintaining high safety and quality standards Customer-Focused
• Dedicated to delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction Driver’s License
