BIM DESIGN TEAM

What You’ll Do on the

BIM SIDE

Lead detailed BIM modeling using Revit and AutoCAD Develop and manage custom Revit families and BIM content libraries Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure effective integration of information into the model. Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices Create factory-floor work instruction drawings and documents What You’ll Do on the Design Development Side

• Using previous projects as a template, design the structural steel details of the module buildings. Each new build brings a degree of customization
• In collaboration with other departments, pull together the electrical & mechanical & plumbing design elements.
• Working with the architecture dept, assemble the selected building details
• Bring all these elements into the model with checks and cross-checks to insure accuracy What You Bring High Level of proficiency in BIM software including Revit, and AutoCAD Strong understanding of mechanical design principles (also known as common sense) A degree in engineering or related work experience Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Architectural) A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills BIM/VDC project experience in mission-critical environments is a plus Why Join iM Data Centers?
