BIM Modeler / Virtual Design Technician We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our team as a Virtual Design Technician . In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create and manage highly detailed 3D/4D models using REVIT and other design software. Your work will directly support field operations, ensuring seamless project execution and adherence to industry standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on precision, collaboration, and innovation. Key Responsibilities BIM Modeling and Coordination Develop comprehensive 3D/4D models from 2D drawings and specifications. Coordinate BIM efforts across disciplines using REVIT to ensure consistency and accuracy. Produce prefabrication drawings based on Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical designs. Establish, implement, and maintain the project-specific BIM Execution Plan. Technical Tasks Interpret design specifications, including electrical codes and construction standards, to guide modeling activities. Prepare and adapt engineered plans into detailed and legible field drawings. Update project plans post-completion to generate accurate Record drawings. Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies, recommending improvements to processes and workflows. Collaboration and Communication Maintain open communication with supervisors, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project improvements and innovations. Uphold confidentiality and share information only with authorized personnel. Administrative and Additional Duties Ensure all work aligns with company standards and best practices. Maintain accurate project records and reports. Support company initiatives by performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Proficiency in BIM software, including REVIT , AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong understanding of electrical codes, construction processes, and industry standards. Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam. Preferred Attributes Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of office administration procedures and standard office equipment. Other Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Successful completion of a general aptitude and drug screening, with ongoing compliance with random drug testing.

Work Environment and Schedule Location :

In-Person and partial remote

Schedule :

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits Salary :

$50,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience.
