Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

IEC61131

languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text).

• Experience with at least one major PLC platform
• SchneiderElectric (Momentum, M340, M580)
• Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix,CompactLogix)
• Woodward (MSLC, DSLC, EasyGen, LS5)
• Ability todesign, test, and commission generator paralleling systems.
• Experience integrating multiple PLCs from different manufacturers.
• Knowledge of

UL 508, UL 891, UL 1558, UL MV, NEC, CSA 22-2, ANSI.

• Ability to interpret customer specs and apply regulatoryrequirements. Preferred Skills

• Customize PLC software/hardware templatesfor control systems.
• Ensure compliance with UL, NEC, CSA, andANSI standards.
• Create bills of materials (BOMs) in ERP systems.
• Guide CAD designers for wiring/assembly drawings.
• Supportproduction teams during manufacturing.
• Write and validate PLCcode for generator synchronization.
• Interface with communicationprotocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
• Test and commissionsystems in-house or on-site.
• Work with cross-functional teams(procurement, production).
• Provide technical direction topurchasing for component sourcing.
• Mentor junior engineers andreview designs.
