As a PE Electrical Engineer with ModularConnections you will work closely with our Sales team, Engineers,Revit/CAD operators, and production personnel to complete projectswithin the production schedule. This position will require highattention to detail and accuracy, along with strong written andverbal communication skills and the ability to interact withcustomers and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively interpretblueprints/technical drawings
• Utilize Revit/CAD software toreview and enhance drawings
• You will ensure electrical designscomply with product specifications and codes
• Perform other dutiesas assigned or as necessary for production needs

Requirements:

• B.S in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineering License inthe state of Alabama
• Capable of designing and troubleshootingsimple and complex electrical systems
• Knowledge and experience inindustrial/commercial electrical design for AC/DC systems necessaryto support protective relay and/or communications equipment.
• Knowledge of protective relaying schematics and/or prior controlbuilding or communication shelter design experience.
• Ability tointerpret project specifications and deliver a compliant designpackage, accurate bill of materials, and other technical detaildrawings
• The ability to perform design quality reviews and workwith high attention to detail and accuracy
• Have experiencedrafting the electrical design work
• Strong written and verbalcommunication skills to interact with clients and staff
• Self-starter, and the ability to work with minimal direction toachieve projectr submittal
