REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Electrical Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited school or a degree in an applicable technical specialty.
9+ yrs experience in aircraft/aircraft systems/aircraft instrumentation (e.g., flight control, displays, radar, communication/navigation, airframe) testing.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Ability to read and create electrical schematics.
Ability to create or modify Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) data streams.
Working knowledge of programming numerical systems such as Binary, Hexadecimal, Octal, etc.
Working knowledge of how to interface with, and record data from, military aviation platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Incumbent will serve as a senior electronical engineer in the field of airborne instrumentation systems integration for the U.S. Army Test & Evaluation Command, Redstone Test Center.
Responsible for planning, execution, real-time data quality monitoring, data analysis, and reporting for developmental and/or operational tests of system integrations on various aviation weapon system platforms.
