Salary:

JobDetails You will work in the research, development and design ofour flagship products and systems. The ideal candidate for thisrole will possess a good understanding of component level design ofboth analog and digital systems with an emphasis on EMI/RFI design.

You will utilizes OrCAD PCB Software for PCB design. Providestechnical responsibility in the design, development and/orimplementation of engineering products, methods and processes.

Interacts with client engineers and customers. •Ability to obtainDOD secret clearance required. Active DoD security clearancepreferred. Qualifications Strong Electrical Engineering and Analog/ Digital RF Filter Design Background Project leadership experience(Preferred) Active Secret Clearance (Preferred)

ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes and proposes alternatives and designsolutions for difficult technical problems. Prepares technicalproposals and evaluates results of analytical, experimental ordesign studies. Implements creative solutions based on theseevaluations. Defines and analyzes technical requirements for abroad range of engineering tasks of increased complexity. Performsthe duties of Project Lead, responsible for schedule, budget andquality. Provides technical expertise for engineering disciplinesand problem resolutions. Provides logical solutions to complexengineering and business problems. Makes and/or recommendsappropriate modifications, (i.e., installs filters, electroniccomponents, shielding, etc.) necessary for the EUT to meetrequirements. Plans and organizes the responsibilities for a broadspectrum of assignments when given only an identification ofobjectives to be obtained. Provides technical expertise forengineering systems. Responsibilities include systems level andcomponent level design of both analog and digital systems withemphasis on EMI/RFI design. Works with software engineers, Tempestengineers, and other disciplines during systems integration ofprototype or manufactured units. Troubleshoots electrical problems.

Evaluates operational systems and recommends design modificationsto eliminate causes of malfunctions or changes in systemrequirements. Collaborates with project leaders to formulate goalsand technical direction of a design project. Attendsproject/engineering design reviews and meetings as required.

Reviews all appropriate drawings required to support productdesign. Working knowledge of

ORCAD PCB

design software. Knowledgeof filter circuit designs. Works with Manufacturing Engineering tosolve production problems that result in production tests failures.

Prepares technical proposals and evaluates results of analytical,experimental or design studies. Implements creative solutions basedon these evaluations. Defines and analyzes technical requirementsfor a broad range of engineering tasks of increased complexity.

Provides technical expertise for engineering disciplines andproblem resolutions. Read schematics and flow diagrams. Evaluatesoperational systems and recommends design modifications toeliminate causes of malfunctions or changes in system requirements.
