Electrical Engineer Job Description This role involves analog design targeting spaceflight or high reliability environments. You will be responsible for designing DC-10GHz ADC and DAC circuits along with interfaces to high-performance Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). Your tasks will include analyzing and simulating analog circuits as part of the design process, schematic capture of circuit design, and component selection and management. Collaboration with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout and fabrication vendors to ensure PCB meets design performance and quality requirements will also be crucial. Additionally, you will perform hardware integration with digital and optical hardware teams. Responsibilities Design analog circuits for spaceflight or high reliability environments. Create DC-10GHz ADC and DAC circuits with FPGA interfaces. Analyze and simulate analog circuits during design process. Capture schematics and manage component selection. Additional Skills & Qualifications Working knowledge of circuit analysis. Willingness to comply with rigorous development process requirements. Ability to obtain/retain a secret government security clearance. Must be a US Citizen . Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of skills, education, and experience. Work Environment The role can be hybrid or 100% remote as long as you are based in the continental US. The candidate must be a US Person but does not need an active secret clearance.
