Electrical Engineer candidates should be able to work on largeSenior Living/ILF/ALF, Healthcare & Multifamily High-rise, both newconstruction and renovation; masonry/hollow core/precast/PTconcrete systems. We require a candidate that is a licensedElectrical Engineer in the State of Florida, and member of NCEES.Responsibilities include management of assigned projects, assuringthe total quality of all the engineering efforts of the project andthe satisfactory performance of the engineering team in meeting theclient’s expectations and produce a profit on the project. Positiondoes not include CADD production according to design standards,practices and policies. The Electrical Engineer is responsible forthe complete performance of the team assigned to each projectaccording to design standards, practices and policies. ElectricalEngineer – Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience in: ? LicensedProfessional Engineer State of Florida – Required ? Bachelor’sdegree in Electrical Engineering ? 10 years minimum experience inAE environment in Electrical Design ? Experience in power systemsdesign, Low voltage design and lighting design including loadcalculations, system sizing, and code compliance. ? Proven trackrecord of designing the most appropriate electrical systems withinthe clients, budget and time limitations coupled with the abilityto work successfully in a multi-disciplined team environment onmultiple projects. ? Experience in outlet, data and telephonelayout design. ? Experience in working with a team ofprofessionals. ? Can successfully work and communicate with alllevels to provide high quality, well-coordinated and technicallyproficient electrical engineering design solutions for a variety ofproject assignments. ? Actively participate in project meetingsduring design and construction activities to represent the Companyand the preparation of graphic and written construction documents.? Lead or self-direct site visits to evaluate various facilitytypes during assessment of the existing electrical infrastructure.

Ability to properly assess and take appropriate action to identifyand solve problems during design or in the field duringconstruction. ? Commitment to quality service and engineering. ?Experience in Commercial, Senior Living/ILF/ALF & High-rise; NewConstruction and Renovation Software Knowledge ? Autodesk – AutoCAD2020 ? Autodesk Revit 2020 ? Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,Outlook)
