Electrical Distribution Engineer Solved Engineering Inc. Atlanta, GA Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components. You will work closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, along with experience in systems engineering and project management. Responsibilities Design and develop electrical systems and schematics for various projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans. Conduct systems engineering activities to ensure the reliability and performance of electrical systems. Utilize AutoCAD and MicroStation for drafting and design purposes. Manage project schedules and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines. Provide mechanical knowledge to assist in the design of integrated systems. Perform site assessments using GIS tools to gather data for project planning. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems during the development phase. Skills Proficiency in building and system design, with a strong understanding of electrical schematics. Experience with MicroStation and AutoCAD for drafting designs. Knowledge of mechanical principles relevant to electrical system integration. Strong project management skills, including project scheduling and coordination. Familiarity with GIS tools for data collection and analysis. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Candidate must have Georgia Power experience.

Full-time, Contract Pay:
$75,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
