We are looking for a Quality Engineering Consultant (Electrical Engineer) for one of our clients- a global company from the USA. Their goal is to support ongoing offer quality activities for their UPS, Rack PDU, and Automatic Transfer Switch businesses.

General Information Location:

Boston Area. ( Andover or Foxborough, MA )

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with UPS systems or similar electrical equipment Strong PCB-level troubleshooting and debugging capabilities Experience with quality engineering methodologies and root cause analysis Ability to perform component-level failure analysis Strong technical communication skills for customer interaction Experience with quality improvement processes and warranty management Experience with other analysis methodologies (Kaizen, Shainen, DMAIC, Fishbone, etc.) Knowledge of UPS Systems or Transfer Switch Technologies Deliverables Perform hands-on root cause analysis of UPS system failures down to component level Conduct detailed failure analysis of returned units from the field Manage warranty issues and implement quality improvements Execute AP analysis and evaluate cost reduction proposals Review and approve component changes, supplier changes, and factory transitions Interface with VIP/OEM customers regarding quality issues Support the Offer Quality Lead (OQL) with technical analysis and customer communication Monitor and improve quality metrics to reduce warranty claims Engagement Highlights Excellent opportunity to work with a renowned global company from the USA Full-time and long-term engagement Great job to hone your skills with hands-on quality engineering and electrical analysis
