ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

for electrical reliabilitymaintenance systems and programs while at same time enhancingoverall facility reliability. Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience andskills match what is in the following description. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills include:

• Manage capital projects efficiently, on time, and withinbudget.
• Understand and work with internal customer needs and KPIs;recognize Purchasing KPIs and work with them on residual shipmentsand contraries.
• Working knowledge and application of electrical power and controlreliability principles.
• Ability to lead teams in a cooperative and inspirationalmanner.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and challengingdeadlines.
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Ability to learn and investigate new systems to ensure moreefficient operations.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• B.S. degree in electrical engineering or related background
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance leadership andengineering capacities.
• Demonstrated electrical engineering experience and exhibitedleadership skills.
• The ability to develop a team and individuals technically andmanagerially as the business grows.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, with strong communicationsskills
