Identify opportunities to enhance factory productivity and increase capacity.
Lead projects from concept to implementation, independently or as part of a team.
Present data-driven insights and compelling business cases to support cost-out initiatives.
Prepare detailed business cases and implementation plans for project approvals.
Monitor and report on project progress, capturing business impact.
Collaborate with engineers across North America and globally to share best practices.
Introduce new products, solutions, and materials to your localfactory.
Your BackgroundBachelor’s degree in engineering.5+ years of relevant experience.
Work authorization permitting employment with Hitachi Energy in the U.S.Prior power transformer knowledge and design experience.
Experience executing and delivering cost-out projects and savings.
