Senior Electrical Engineer We are seeking an ElectricalEngineering Discipline Leader (DL) who will be integral inadvancing the discipline and its contributions to the overallsuccess of the firm. In this influential role, you are responsiblefor developing talent, driving innovation, and fostering a cultureof mentorship within the engineering team. Your expertise willguide the adoption of advanced technologies and best practices,ensuring the continuation of our industry-leading electricalengineering services, which include power, lighting, and lowvoltage. The DL is a leadership role, not production, withsignificant breadth. It allows you to have a hand in many projectsand directly influence team success, innovation, and quality. Youshape the future of our engineering practice through designdirection, developing teams, quality excellence, and drivinginnovation. This is a Direct Hire Hybrid position with a salaryrange of $150,000 – 200,000 located in Charlotte NC The five mainareas of focus for this role include:

Support Business Development:
Serve as a Subject MatterExpert (SME) to support business development efforts and expandclient relationships. Delivering Results Teach, coach, and mentorteam members, promoting professional growth and ensuring hightechnical performance. Set the stage for early design options andinput through your high-level engineering proficiency, leadingintegration practices with our full-service team of architects,designers, and engineers. Collaborate closely with Practice Leadersand clients to gain insight into project objectives, deliveringexceptional and tailored solutions. Drive and implement robustquality control processes to ensure every deliverable istechnically accurate and efficient. Investigate and integrateemerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our designapproaches and maintain our competitive edge. Qualifications ABachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master’sdegree a plus. An active Professional Engineering (P.E.) license. Aminimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering,specifically within the Architecture & Engineering (A&E)industry. Demonstrated track record of leading and mentoring teamsand managing complex, large-scale projects successfully.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, along with a strong understandingof industry standards and codes. Advanced engineering methodologiesexpertise. Proven ability to build lasting relationships thatcreate opportunities with both established and prospective clients.
