What You’ll Do:

• Ensure safety standards and a hazard-free work environment forall personnel.
• Lead critical projects and maintenance activities aligned withKPIs and business goals.
• Collaborate with teams across maintenance, manufacturing,purchasing, and distribution to optimize operations.
• Manage repairs and projects to meet P&L objectives and budgetforecasts.
• Promote continuous improvement, cost reduction, and environmentalresponsibility.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relatedfield.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance leadership and engineeringroles.
• Proven electrical engineering skills and a track record ofsuccessful project management.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
