Job Description
Sr Electrical Engineer Your main responsibilities
Facilitate communication with the electrical team to insure that production follows schedule and production orders are properly issued.
Create Bill of Materials or make changes to BOM’s and Routings on SAP
Run jobs through SEOP and make changes to PARA file as required.(will train)
Responsible for creating ECR’s /ECO’s and implementation of design agreements.
May design and modify components to meet customer demands, improve product quality or reduce the mean time between callbacks to improve customer services and reduce costs.
May work on special projects that require unique details. Will develop and design solutions to coordinate with implementation in the factories and field personnel.
Provide necessary support and training to field personnel and electrical team members on the factory floor. Will also work as a liason with other engineers as needed.
Provide Electrical support to field personnel in troubleshooting products.
Lead role in programming & design of PLC’s control for escalator products and create Operational and Maintenance manuals for the installation of PLC controls.
Provide support for start up and training of personnel of the PLC controls in the field.
Review process and materials for cost savings. What you bring Education Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Work Experience Must have 3-5 years experience in manufacturing preferably
Computer Skills:
General Computer knowledge required. Must have experience with AutoCAD. Prefer experience in
Microsoft Office SAP Problem Solving:
Problems can be resolved by choosing from alternatives, which are defined, and subject to review. Minor consequences or loss result from error.
Additional skills:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have Decision Making, Goal Setting, Problem Solving, time Management, Analytical, Project Management, leadership and Organizational skills. in escalator industry What’s in it for you?
