Job Details JobDetails:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ElectricalEngineer to join our innovative team in the finance industry. Thisrole will provide the opportunity to work on cutting-edgetechnology and projects that require a high level of skill andattention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment andsystems. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply yourtechnical skills in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewardingenvironment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintainelectrical control systems and components to requiredspecifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality,and sustainability. Apply principles and techniques of electricalengineering to accomplish goals. Develop and implement innovativesolutions to complex engineering challenges. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation andfunctionality of electrical systems. Utilize software such asAutoCAD to create and interpret electrical schematics. Program PLCs(Programmable Logic Controllers) from scratch, preferably AllenBradley and Siemens. Use Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Kanbanmethodologies to optimize processes and manage project flow. Applythe 5 Why problem-solving technique to identify root causes andimplement corrective actions. Provide technical support andtraining to team members and stakeholders. Conduct risk assessmentsand implement necessary safety measures. Ensure compliance withindustry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering orrelated field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in electricalengineering, preferably in the finance industry. Proficient inAutoCAD, PLC, Allen Bradley, Siemens, MMI, HMI, and understandingof electrical schematics. Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen,Kanban, and 5 Why methodologies. Knowledge of relay logic andladder logic. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and criticalthinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously. Strong understanding of electrical health andsafety regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projectsand drive results. Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to newsituations, and solve complex problems. Interested in hearing more?
