Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a growing engineeringcompany that is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join itsexpanding design team. This organization specializes in developinginnovative embedded solutions that improve environmental qualityand compliance in commercial, industrial, and medical spaces. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in embedded hardwaredesign and capable of working with digital and analog circuits,microcontrollers, and PCB layouts. In this role, you will beresponsible for developing hardware solutions, creating andvalidating prototypes, ensuring regulatory compliance, andsupporting the transition of designs to production.

Responsibilities:

Develop and design embedded hardware systems that meet program andperformance requirements. Create and review circuit board layouts and schematics using toolssuch as Altium or similar design software. Validate prototypes through rigorous testing with engineering toolssuch as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and analyzers. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of firmware, software,and mechanical engineers to meet design objectives. Ensure hardware designs meet regulatory compliance standards,including FCC, UL, and CE certifications. Support the transition of designs into production by creating testfixtures and internal tools. Maintain detailed documentation, including specifications andvalidation records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Experience with embedded hardware/electronics design. Proficiency in digital and analog circuit design, including 32-bitmicrocontrollers, DC-DC power supplies, and signal chaindesigns. Familiarity with Altium Designer or similar circuit designsoftware. Hands-on familiarity with testing and troubleshooting tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to workindependently on unfamiliar designs.
