Key Responsibilities:

Draft and prosecute patent applications in the U.S. and internationally Work directly with inventors and in-house counsel on technical disclosures Conduct patentability, validity, and freedom-to-operate analyses Support IP strategy for clients ranging from startups to global corporations

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering 2-5+ years of patent prosecution experience at a law firm or in-house USPTO registration in good standing Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills NC bar license or ability to immediately waive in Why Join This Firm?
